The Garden - Part 1
In this episode, first we discuss coping strategies for handling fear. Then we turn our attention to a book written by Jon Gordon, titled The Garden. You will hear me summarize the first two chapters for you in a way to help you begin to connect how powerful our thoughts can be and that is the very reason why we need to take care when choosing our thoughts and applying action to those thoughts.
